What We expect from you:
- 2+ years in pivotal Art Director roles within the marketing or advertising sector.
- An eye for upcoming visual trends in the marketing landscape.
- Excellent taste and hunch regarding visual decisions
- A knack for crafting grand plans through inventive visual thinking.
- Great passion and experience in brand development and design.
- Mastery in graphics and adeptness with essential design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- An innate ability to foster collaboration, inspire peers, and champion constructive feedback.
- Practical expertise in 2D animation and familiarity with relevant tools.
- Skill in orchestrating multiple projects seamlessly and with finesse.
- Fluent English communication; Finnish is an advantage.
